THE competition was to identify the types of lace portrayed in the windows of the Advent Calendar for various dates. The answers were:
Bedfordshire (3rd Dec)
Teneriffe (9th Dec)
Hollie Point (12th Dec)
Carrickmacross (18th Dec)
Honiton (22nd Dec)
There were many correct answers. Congratulations (and prizes) go to Suzanne Hardy and Edwige Renaudin, whose names were first out of the electronic hat.
