3D Needle Lace with Jane Rowton-Lee
Jane Rowton - Lee has two loves: lace and flowers. Join her for a workshop exploring 3D needle lace. Over the course of two days you will make a three-dimensional water lily – you can even work on your own design!
Jane learned needle lace while studying for her City and Guilds Parts One and Two. She went on to win the Needlelace Trophy at The Lace Guild's competition several times. She is also an experienced teacher and demonstrator of flower arranging and until very recently was in charge of the flowers at Westminster Abbey!
This workshop is inspired by a collar in the Hidden in Stores Exhibition. Join Jane on Friday 10 May at 7.30pm at The Lace Guild for a tour of the exhibition.
